Presbyterian churches in Lambton—West Middlesex are adding our energies to the Lambton United Church Presbytery’s efforts to sponsor a Syrian family to locate in our area. You can help by supporting an upcoming fundraiser that is planned to assist with costs of sponsorship. Come and enjoy a Jazz Concert at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, 770 Lakeshore, Sarnia on Sat., February 27, 2016 at 7:30 pm with exceptional musicians from the community: Sara Joy, Dan Sonier, Carrie Beauchamp, and more! Admission is $10 at the door. All proceeds will support the costs of sponsoring a Syrian refugee family through the Lambton United Church Presbytery. As well, the Government of Canada has extended the matching funding for donations to Syrian Relief to Feb. 29.
